1. El servicio

FeedCEO es una plataforma de suscripción que estudia las cuentas de redes sociales de tu negocio, genera propuestas de contenido (texto, imagen y horario) y publica únicamente el contenido que tú apruebas, en las cuentas que tú conectas (Instagram, Facebook y TikTok). También puede sugerirte respuestas a comentarios y mensajes, que tú apruebas antes de enviarse.

2. Tu cuenta y tus redes

  • Debes ser mayor de 18 años y tener autoridad sobre el negocio y las cuentas que conectas.
  • Conectas tus redes mediante la autorización oficial de cada plataforma (Meta, TikTok) y puedes revocarla en cualquier momento.
  • Eres responsable del contenido que apruebas. Nada se publica sin tu aprobación.

3. Contenido e imágenes

  • Las imágenes provienen únicamente de tu banco de fotos o de generación con IA. El contenido generado con IA se etiqueta cuando la plataforma de destino lo exige.
  • Garantizas que tienes derechos sobre las fotos y materiales que subes.
  • El contenido aprobado es tuyo; nos otorgas licencia limitada para procesarlo y publicarlo en tu nombre.

4. Planes y pagos

El servicio se cobra por suscripción mensual plana, sin sistemas de créditos. Los pagos los procesa Paddle.com Market Ltd, que actúa como Merchant of Record (vendedor registrado): emite la factura, cobra y remite los impuestos aplicables. En tu extracto verás "Paddle", no "FeedCEO". Puedes cancelar cuando quieras y el servicio continúa hasta el fin del período pagado. Ofrecemos una garantía de 14 días desde el primer cobro; los detalles están en nuestra Política de reembolsos. Los precios vigentes se publican en feedceo.com.

5. Uso aceptable

No puedes usar FeedCEO para contenido ilegal, engañoso, que infrinja derechos de terceros o que viole las políticas de las plataformas conectadas (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms). Podemos suspender cuentas que lo hagan.

6. Disponibilidad y garantías

Prestamos el servicio "tal cual", con esfuerzo comercial razonable. No garantizamos resultados específicos de alcance, ventas o crecimiento, ni la disponibilidad ininterrumpida de las APIs de terceros de las que depende el servicio.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo pagado por ti en los 3 meses anteriores al reclamo.

8. Privacidad y tratamiento de datos

El tratamiento de datos se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, incluidas las instrucciones de eliminación de datos.

Encargado del tratamiento (DPA): respecto de los datos de tus propios clientes que tratemos al responder sus mensajes y comentarios, tú actúas como responsable y FeedCEO como encargado; tratamos esos datos solo siguiendo tus instrucciones y para prestarte el servicio, con subencargados (Anthropic, Railway, Paddle) sujetos a obligaciones equivalentes, y los borramos al terminar el servicio. Garantizas contar con base legal para tratar los datos de tus clientes.

1. The service

FeedCEO is a subscription platform that studies your business's social media accounts, generates content proposals (copy, image, and timing), and publishes only the content you approve, on the accounts you connect (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). It may also suggest replies to comments and messages, which you approve before they are sent.

2. Your account and your networks

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have authority over the business and the accounts you connect.
  • You connect your networks through each platform's official authorization (Meta, TikTok) and may revoke it at any time.
  • You are responsible for the content you approve. Nothing is published without your approval.

3. Content and images

  • Images come only from your photo bank or from AI generation. AI-generated content is labeled when the destination platform requires it.
  • You warrant that you hold the rights to the photos and materials you upload.
  • Approved content is yours; you grant us a limited license to process and publish it on your behalf.

4. Plans and payments

The service is billed as a flat monthly subscription, with no credit systems. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the Merchant of Record: they issue the invoice, take the payment and remit applicable taxes. Your statement will show "Paddle", not "FeedCEO". You may cancel at any time and the service continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day guarantee from the first charge; details are in our Refund Policy. Current prices are published at feedceo.com.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FeedCEO for illegal or deceptive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates the policies of the connected platforms (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms). We may suspend accounts that do so.

6. Availability and warranties

We provide the service "as is," with reasonable commercial effort. We do not guarantee specific results in reach, sales, or growth, nor the uninterrupted availability of the third-party APIs the service depends on.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Privacy and data processing

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, including the data deletion instructions.

Data processing (DPA): for the data of your own customers that we process when replying to their messages and comments, you act as the controller and FeedCEO as the processor; we process that data only on your instructions and to provide the service, with sub-processors (Anthropic, Railway, Paddle) subject to equivalent obligations, and we delete it when the service ends. You warrant that you have a lawful basis to process your customers' data.
